Purchase contract / CONFIRMATION  

When ordering from MAYANA, an agreement on purchase is made with us (MAYANA MATS 710308-4104) when you choose to confirm your purchase at checkout in our webshop. Your order will be confirmed to the email address you provided. Ordered products remain our property until they are fully paid. If the customer is under 18 years of age, the guardian's permission must be mediated by the customer before the purchase is completed. Orders made in another person's name without their consent to the police. Changes and additions must be made before your order is processed and sent from us. If you discover any errors in your order, it is therefore important that you contact our Customer Service immediately to change your order if possible. In the event of obvious errors (eg wrong price, printing error, etc.), we reserve the right to correct the error afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you of course have the right to cancel your order. We also reserve the right not to carry out an order in cases where the product is out of stock, if the maximum number per customer has been exceeded or in the event of technical errors. 

Cancellation 

Cancellation of orders is possible at no cost to the customer until the time the order is sent. Cancellation after the order has been sent is not possible and the customer is obliged to receive the ship

Exchanges

 If you want to change your item, you do it most easily by creating a new order and sending the item you do not want back to us in return APPLICABILITY These terms of purchase are applicable in cases where Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe terms that are in conflict with the same. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, and for companies - the Purchase Act. The Purchase Act is, unlike the Consumer Purchase Act, dispositive, which means that companies can agree other than what the law prescribes. 

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

 All prices on MAYANA are stated including VAT. After an order has been confirmed, the price can only be changed due to circumstances that we do not have control over (eg war, natural disasters, etc.) and in the event of obvious inaccuracies in the stated price. In our webshop we use Klarnas Checkout where you choose the payment method after you placed the order. You can pay either by invoice, card, split the payment per month or directly via your internet bank; pay in the way that suits you. Please note that the invoice will be sent to you by e-mail from Klarna. If the invoice is not paid on time, reminder fees will be added from Klarna and thereafter Klarna's routines for debt collection.


DELIVERY INFORMATION 

Shipping methods and prices appear at checkout in connection with ordering. Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days within Sweden. Deviations during, for example, high season may occur. Once the product has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies that deliver your order within the set time. MAYANA cannot provide a delivery guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of order or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the goods reach you can be longer than what is stated as normal for the chosen shipping method if the carrier himself causes a delay. In case the buyer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes delivery of the order, it is the buyer's responsibility that the said order is canceled in accordance with the terms of purchase before the order is sent. Partial delivery of orders takes place only at the customer's request and entails additional shipping costs for the customer. Deliveries from us within Sweden take place via several different shipping companies in one of the following ways:


DELIVERY DAMAGE 

We always carefully examine the products you have ordered before we pack and send them to you. Despite this, transport damage can sometimes occur during shipping. Should the product be broken or faulty when it arrives, you may complain about the product. Carefully inspect received product upon receipt. Transport damage must be reported within seven days of receipt of the goods. In the event of visible external damage to the package, the delivery point / bidder must be notified of this in connection with the delivery of the goods. Then contact [email protected] for further instructions. In the event of transport damage, we replace the product with new and pay return shipping for the damaged goods. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND OPEN PURCHASE MAYANA offers a 10-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with a broken seal that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons (eg yoga mats, underwear). If an item has been sealed, you must not break the seal if you want to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return your item, please contact our customer service at [email protected] As a customer, you have the right to open the packaging to examine the product. There may be a decrease in the value of the product, including original packaging, if the handling to examine the product or any wear and tear that has occurred is out of the ordinary. An item that must be returned must be in unused condition and in original packaging. As you are responsible for the product until we have received it, it is important that the product is well packaged. Cost for return will be added. Your return will be refunded using the same payment method as with the purchase. The money is normally refunded within 7-10 working days after we receive the item. The right of withdrawal does not cover goods that have been manufactured or changed in accordance with special requests from the customer.

COMPLAINT

If the product is faulty or damaged, yiu have the right to make a complaint within a reasonable time, which is normally considered to be two months. According to the law, however, you have the right to complain a product for up to 2 years, in which case the burden of proof lies with the buyer. In order for the the complaint to be approved, the defect must have been original, ie been there at the time of purchase. Normal wear or tear does not fall under original defects or if the buyer himself caused the defect. In the event of an approved complaint, Mayana will 1) replace the product by re-delivery of a new product 2) repuchase. If the complaint is approved, we willalso replace shipping. If complaint is not approved, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We always follow the consumer purchase Act's and generak Complaints Board's rules and advice regarding complaints, open purchase and exchange rights. CONFIDENTIALITY, PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MARKETING
We only store information registered by the customer himself or by us in connection with placed orders. We undertake not to disclose personal information, e-mail addresses or other customer information to third parties without the customer's express consent. We undertake to immediately remove information about the customer at his request. The person responsible for personal data is MAYANA MATS 710308-4104, which processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act (1998: 204). The processing of the information (including, where applicable, social security numbers) can be done by us or by one of our partners. The purpose of this treatment is to be able to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer, inform about offers and fulfill any bonus agreements. The personal data is also processed within the framework of market and customer analyzes, which form the basis for marketing, method and business development, and to fulfill what is required of us by law. By accepting our terms of purchase, you agree to be contacted by us for marketing purposes. Contact may take place via email, SMS, postal mail or in other ways. In order to maintain a good level of service towards you as a customer, we document all customer communication. You have the right to access this information upon request. Should the information prove to be incorrect, incomplete or otherwise irrelevant, it is our responsibility to take corrective action. As a customer, you can object to your information being used for marketing purposes, whereby MAYANA undertakes to introduce a so-called advertising barrier. INFORMATION

 We reserve the right to make printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, on all articles and services in our range. All image information on our pages should be seen as illustrations. We can not guarantee that the image reflects the exact appearance and condition of the product. Colors can be experienced differently on different devices depending on varying screen resolution. 

FORCE MAJEURE In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery of subcontractors, costly circumstances, and comparable events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep the said agreement / commitment, shall form the basis for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
